Rothschild, Jared Kushner, and Albania’s Prime Minister: The Conspiracy to Build Epstein Island 2.0

Edi Rama denied the Kushner island project existed — then admitted investors, architects, and environmental consultants were already involved.

Edi Rama Denied the Kushner Island Project — Then Accidentally Confirmed It

First he said: “There is no project.”

Then he admitted Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, a broader investor group, five world-famous architects, engineers, social-impact experts, and environmental consultants are already involved.

That is the contradiction.

And behind it sits the deeper pipeline: Nat Rothschild helped lead Jared Kushner to the island, then brought Prime Minister Edi Rama onto the boat to meet Kushner and help close the deal.

The public is told there is no Trump family island, no protected-area takeover, and no project.

But the machinery is already moving.

This is how Epstein Island 2.0 gets built: deny the project, attack the critics, hide behind “development,” then call the public misled for noticing the deal.

This Epstein file is not just an email. It is a map of the island-class network.

On July 31, 2011, Peter Mandelson writes that he is on “Nat boat” near a deserted Aegean island with “Josh Fink,” identified here as Josh Kushner, Jared Kushner’s brother. Epstein immediately replies: “Is josh’s girl there?” That single exchange places Epstein, Nat Rothschild’s circle, and the Kushner network inside the same private architecture of boats, islands, access, and silence — years before Nat Rothschild appears again as the bridge into Jared Kushner’s Albania island project.

Clip Timeline

00:00 — “There is no Trump family island”
Rama opens by denying the entire premise, saying there is “not such a thing” as a Trump family island or the family of the American president taking over protected areas.

00:13 — “First of all, there is no project”
The key denial. Rama claims there is no project at all.

00:20 — The contradiction begins
Moments after denying a project exists, Rama says the group is “not just Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump,” but a broader group with “highly reputable investors.”

00:29 — The architects appear
Rama admits the group has engaged “five of the best top architects of the world today,” undermining the claim that there is no project.

00:52 — Protesters are dismissed as misled
Rama frames the public backlash as confusion, saying young environmental protesters have been “misled big time.”

01:05 — The protected-area denial
He denies that the family of the American president is taking over protected areas where flamingos will be killed, calling the concerns stories that gained traction but are “far from the truth.”

01:56 — Environmental warning from the clip
An ecologist warns that the plan involves large buildings, residential houses, and what amounts to a “new city” across wildlife habitat.

02:19 — “10,000 rooms” and protected-area destruction
The ecologist says the project involves “10,000 rooms” and warns the Vjosa delta would be destroyed.

02:32 — The interviewer pushes back
The interviewer makes clear the protests and environmental concerns are not fake news, then asks how the government is addressing them.

03:17 — Critics become “misleaders”
Rama says the ecologist is either “misled” or “part of the misleaders,” shifting from denial to attack.

03:21 — “There is no project” repeated
Rama again insists there is no project and claims critics are relying on fake pictures spread through Albanian social media.

03:37 — “Hybrid war” framing
Rama escalates by describing the controversy as part of a “hybrid war,” turning environmental concern into a geopolitical information threat.

04:21 — Anti-corruption investigation raised
The interviewer notes that Albania’s special anti-corruption prosecution office has reportedly opened an investigation into the project.

04:46 — “Until you show me the project”
Rama demands to be shown the project, while still preparing to explain who is working on it.

04:56 — The project is described again
Rama says the group is not just Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump but includes a broader group of reputable investors.

05:06 — Five world architects named
Rama names Kengo Kuma, Bjarke Ingels, Emre Arolat, K-Studio, and Jean Nouvel as being engaged in the work.

05:22 — Engineers and consultants confirmed
He says top environmental engineers, social-impact experts, and one of the biggest environmental-impact consultant companies have been engaged.

05:38 — “The challenge is not to build a city”
Rama denies the project is about pouring concrete over flamingos, while acknowledging the central challenge is proving development and nature can coexist.

06:07 — “The project is not yet there”
Rama changes the language: not “there is no project,” but “the project is not yet there,” while confirming environmental-impact work is underway.

06:18 — Rama snaps at the interviewer
When pressed, Rama says, “What is this? What’s wrong with you? Let me finish,” exposing the pressure point in the interview.

06:26 — Final moral frame
The clip closes with the Chaplin line: “The hate of men will pass and dictators die…” — a fitting ending for a story about power, denial, protected land, and the people being told not to believe their own eyes.
